Hope Again is an organization that seeks to come alongside the forgotten poor in Hollywood, and surrounding depressed areas, providing them with evangelism, Bible teaching, discipleship, Biblical counseling and a helping hand.
Specifically Hope Again operates two Transitional Housing Programs: one for single women and one for women and children. They also serve an additional 6,000 clients per year through the central office. Each client is assisted in the development of a plan that, if followed, will lead to stability. That includes budgeting, parenting classes, employment help and often housing assistance. Each client hears the Gospel and when one comes to Christ, discipleship classes are offered, and he/she is encouraged to become actively involved in a local church.
Carole’s specific responsibilities include: development and maintenance of all programs, assuring financial support, supervision of staff, spiritual growth and training for staff and clients, problem solving, church relations (Hope Again is supported by 35 different churches), grant writing, teaching Bible studies, counseling, and Board of Directors care.
Carole is a widow, and is supported by her four adult daughters that affirm, pray and contribute to this ministry.
