Key Social Issues

During the summer on Sunday nights we will have a class called “Key Social Issues.” We will be looking at a different hot topic in society each Sunday night, examining the Scriptures to see what the Bible says about each issue. Topics to be addressed will be: Truth versus Relativism, Maintaining Personal Purity, Escaping Internet Pornography, Modesty – Dressing for the Glory of God, Homosexuality, Christian liberties, Abortion, Suicide, Contentment, Having Jesus as Your Boss, Divorce and Remarriage, The Tongue – Lit on Fire by Hell, Forgiveness and Reconciliation, Women’s Roles in the Church and Home, Women Working Outside the Home, Men as Spiritual Leaders in the Church and Home, The Christian and War, The Christian and Government, Applying Biblical Ethics to Life, etc. Come and learn what the Bible says about the issues everyone has to face in today’s culture.
