I was raised in a Christian home and came to faith in college. My wife and I were invited to Calvary shortly after we moved to California in 1986 and immediately felt at home here. People were very open and friendly, the teaching was solid, and the pastor was a midwestern guy like us.
I serve because I love the ministry and people at CBC and want to see them prosper. It is a joy for me to contribute my finances, time, and talents to that end. Above all, I want to see the ministry be a blessing to the members and the members be a blessing to the communities in which they live.
