With so many worldly temptations, Christians who don’t know what God’s design for the family is may follow secular society, social media, self-help gurus, pop psychology, secular books, movies, television and Ted Talks in planning for marriage and family. This is further validated by the fact that the divorce rate is almost as high for Christians as non-Christians. This series, God’s Design for the Family, will take people back to the basics of God’s blueprint for the family. Over six messages we will learn about God’s good and grace for the family, the function and beauty of marriage, the responsibilities of parents and children in the home, the opportunity of singleness, the relationship between the church and families, and how parents and children are to relate to each other as adults.
