Women's Summer Studies

This summer we are pleased to provide four options for study and fellowship. We have options that meet at church and options that meet off-campus. See the options available and sign up at the bottom of the page.

1 Samuel: Part 2

Tuesday Nights from 6:30pm-8:30pm 5/27-8/20

A Bible study on 1 Samuel Part 2 (Lessons 16-31) will be offered on Tuesday nights at CBC from 6:30p-8:30p, May 28-August 20. This is a continuation of the 1 Samuel study we've done previously. Gabby Ayala, Esther Van Treese, and Latoya Henry will be leading this study. This study will prepare you to start the King David study in the fall. A PDF of the study is available for free, or you can purchase a bound copy of the study for about $25 (final cost will be determined by the number of books ordered). You will get an option to purchase the book if you register by May 12.

A Book Study on Parenting

Tuesday Mornings from 10am-12pm 6/18-7/30

A book study on Don't Make Me Count to Three by Ginger Hubbard will be offered on Tuesday mornings at various homes from 10a-12p, June 18-July 30 (No meeting July 9). Alexa Brodsky and Julie Martin will be leading this study. Each week we will discuss the chapters and have older, wise women there to answer your parenting questions. You will need to procure your own copy of the book. Childcare is available; if you choose this option when you register, you will also register the children who need childcare.

A book study on 7 Myths about Singleness by Sam Allberry will be offered on Wednesday nights at various homes from 6:30p-8:30p, June 5-July 24. This is a study about the unspoken myths about singleness, looking at what the Bible has to say about singleness, how we can support single people, and stewarding our singleness for the Lord. Stefanie Ayala and Sofia Calderon will be leading this study. You will need to procure your own copy of the book.
