Developing the Next Generation of Christ-Exalting Believers
The Vine is Calvary’s ministry for students in Jr. High (6th-8th grade) and High School (9th-12th grade). We come alongside families to evangelize youth and disciple the next generation of Christian servant leaders.
We carry out this purpose by faithfully preaching God’s Word, cultivating relationships with students in small groups and one-on-one discipleship, and fellowship through fun activities. Our hope and prayer is for our young people to become saved, sanctified, and servants in Christ’s church.
Meetings
Sunday School Fellowship We meet Sunday mornings in Room 6 from 11am - 11:20am for students to fellowship, worship God in song, and share announcements. Then, we separate into two separate age groups to hear God's word taught. Junior High students stay in Room 6, while High School students go downstairs to Room G. At the end of the teaching time, both groups separate into smaller groups for discussion and prayer.
Tues Nights During the school year (Sept to May) we meet Tuesdays nights 6:30 - 8:30p. Junior High students meet in Room 6 for fellowship, game time, and snackage, then separate into small groups for Bible study. Summer Studies During the Summer (June to Aug 11), Jr. High & High School split up on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. Our Jr. Highers attend Splash (In-Homes) and our High Schoolers attend Dive (On-Campus). Contact the church office for this week's location.
Special Events
Throughout the year, we host fun fellowship events for our students. These events get announced during our weekly meetings.
